Swarm uses a subscription-based billing model. Each product subscription has a monthly fee and contributes tokens to your shared Token Pool. Overages are billed separately based on your overage settings.

Subscriptions are billed monthly on the anniversary of your subscription start date. You'll receive an invoice via email.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
Yes, you can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
When you exceed your monthly token allocation, additional tokens are billed at your plan's per-token rate. Overage charges appear on your next invoice.
We'll retry the payment and notify you via email. After multiple failures, your subscription may be paused until payment is updated.
We don't provide refunds for subscription fees. If you're unsatisfied, please contact support to discuss your options.
